A guide to all inclusive.

All inclusive - A lot of people love it and some not so much. But, you never know unless you try it, right? All inclusive is pretty straight forward and can save you a lot of hassle and money during your holiday. As the name states, everything is included - so once you've booked your all inclusive resort, that's it! There's no need to worry any further, you're all sorted.

All inclusive may vary from hotel to hotel, but generally includes the room, food and drink. Some resorts may include in house alcoholic beverages as well as non alcoholic. Whilst others might only provide you with non alcoholic drinks or be limited. All inclusive resorts may also include activities that the hotel provides but some may not be included in the price of your all inclusive stay. Things like golf, fitness centers and spas may often come at an additional fee. So, make sure you research and check before hand what you are receiving in your all inclusive package.

So you may now be asking is all inclusive actually worth it? I cannot answer that, because its all about what works for you and your needs. It can sometimes work out cheaper to go all inclusive for a holiday abroad. If you're happy to have all your meals in one place instead of planning which restaurants you should go to and working around a budget, then this is the board basis for you. All inclusive is a great idea for family holidays in particular. A lot of the time a kids club is included and other activities that the kids can get stuck into.

Most countries have all inclusive resorts, so no matter where you're looking to go for this type of holiday, you'll be able to find something. In Europe, you'll find fantastic all inclusive resorts in the Canary Islands, Algarve and Turkey.

For some an all inclusive holiday means you spend too much time in the resort and you're stuck eating all your meals on site, rather than trying the local cuisine in traditional restaurants. But, if you don't mind these factors an all inclusive holiday is for you. Like we previously stated, families may find it a lot easier holidaying in an all inclusive resort as it is less stressful and virtually no planning or budgeting is involved. Once your holiday is booked, you don't have to spend anymore funds...leaving you cash to spare for whatever else it is you fancy!
